Craig co-founded the company in 2006. He began his career in the investment banking industry, and served as a First Vice President for Drexel Burnham Lambert and later Kemper Securities. He co-founded numerous technology and internet related companies, including NFL Exclusive and College Exclusive. In 1998 Craig co-founded Rivals.com, now part of Yahoo! and still the largest college sports site in the world.   Craig holds a BA from University of Washington and a Masters in History from Harvard University.

Fun Fact:  Together with a buddy, Craig took a ballet class one summer in high school to improve his footwork for football.

Rob joined Discovery Bay in January 2009. Rob brings to Discovery Bay a wealth of knowledge in product development, operations, business management, and corporate strategy. Rob was Vice President of Operations at Cranium Inc. prior to joining Discovery Bay, and was instrumental in growing Cranium from five products to over 100. Rob holds an engineering degree from Western Washington University and an MBA in technology manufacturing from City University.

Fun Fact: Rob is a former professional windsurfer and currently races on a sponsored mountain bike team. He is also an avid surfer.

Rich co-founded the company in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer, Rich oversees all financial operations. He remains a partner at Schmidtke and Associates LLC, and has been practicing public accounting for over 25 years.

Fun Fact: A proud UW Alum and a die-hard fan of Husky athletics, you might catch Rich at a Husky Homecoming game tailgating with his fellow Fiji brothers. There might even be a UW-branded drinking helmet involved.

Marisa Peña has been designing interactive entertainment for kids and families for more than 15 years; from her first CD-ROM title, Explore the Grand Canyon, to online games, websites, and community applications for kids, to first-generation mobile applications. In 2002, she followed her lifelong love of board games and joined Cranium. At Cranium, as the Senior Director of Ideation for Games, Marisa led the invention of more than two dozen award winning titles. Marisa has been working with Discovery Bay as a consultant since 2009. She holds a BA in English Literature from Stanford University.

Fun Fact: Marisa, her husband, and three-year old daughter maintain a front-yard, urban veggie garden growing more than 50 varieties of veggies, fruit, herbs, and edible flowers.

Before joining Discovery Bay in 2008, Veronica was Director of Sales at Front Porch Classics where she successfully built up a customer base from 31 to several thousand. Veronica manages relationships with key accounts such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Barnes & Noble, Dillards, and Fred Meyer. She’s also been a key player in the development of numerous award-winning products, and even created her own game, Crush-The Dice Game.

Fun Fact: Veronica sold the most Girl Scout cookies in her clan, earning her top sales awards.

Bob joined Discovery Bay in July 2011. He brings vast experience in finance and accounting having held senior financial positions in a variety of companies, including Cranium. He was involved in the sale of Cranium to Hasbro in 2008. His background includes working for both publicly-held and privately-held companies, primarily in the technology industry. He graduated with honors from the University of Washington and holds a BA in Business Administration.

Fun Fact: Bob has been on the same softball team for over 25 years, a team he started with some high school friends. The team now includes his son and his son-in-law.
